Brain storm:
Me and my partner had to plan an opening sequence to a thriller film. We did this by brain storming our ideas on paper which we also had to think carefully about what the film was going to be about.























Synopsis:

Lisa who is a young girl can not forget the past 3 years ago her best friend was murders by someone. When Lisa's best friend was murdered she was told that the murderer was a student from her school and the murderer is after her.

The murderer is stalking Lisa and she feels like she is being haunted however she knows that if she tells anyone then her life will be in danger.


Lisa has flashbacks all the time of the day when her best friend being murdered but she try's to think who could of done killed her.

However she now has only two choices either she has to wait in fear for something bad to happen to her or she can trace down the murderer.

She has nobody that can help her but she is a brave girl and she wants her life to be back to normal again and the only way that can happen is if this murderer is found. She makes a decision which puts her life at stake but she has no way back she starts searching for the person who murdered her best friend. What will happen if the murderer is someone she knows...!


Storyboard
We had to create a storyboard which is the frames of the sequences we will shoot. On the storyboard it includes all the shots, transitions and the ideas of what each shot will look like.

Shot list of the opening sequence:
-Establishing shot of Lisa seeing a shadow,
-Close up shot of Lisa's face
-Establishing shot of Lisa jumping up from her seat when hearing the pips go off.
-Medium shot of Lisa getting up from her seat.- Long shot of Lisa leaving the classroom.
- Pan shot of Lisa walking.
-Establishing shot of Lisa walking into the bathroom.
-Establishing shot of the bathroom mirror.
-Medium shot of Lisa's looking into the mirror.

Storyboard 2:


Me and my partner had a discussion about out opening and the storyboard we felt that it wasn't at a good standard so we decided to make a few minor changes to it.

The photo's below that i have taken is of the location which is how the opening sequence will start. This is taken in a palyground based in Stamford Hill Estate which is were out actor will start the opening of the sequence.
